Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SitRep Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

SitRep Pro is billed at $2.97 per active user per month. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period and may cancel at any time before it ends. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly and is prorated based on active users. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. The company administrator is responsible for managing user seats and ensuring authorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt operations, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
